How far in advance?
Peak season (Jul, Aug, Dec): 9–12 months. Shoulder season: 4–6 months.
Custom itineraries?
Every itinerary is custom. No group departures or fixed packages. Vehicle, schedule, guide team — yours exclusively.
Deposit structure?
30% deposit to confirm, balance 60 days before departure. Bank transfer, credit cards, mobile money.
Dietary requirements?
Yes, without exception. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal — communicated to every camp before arrival.
What visa do I need?
Most nationalities: tourist visa via Tanzanian e-visa portal, USD 50. We send a pre-travel pack covering visas, health, packing.
Kenya and Rwanda?
Yes. Cross-border itineraries combining Tanzania with Kenya's Masai Mara and Rwanda gorilla trekking are among our most requested.
